Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.

Return Shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
