A 3ct marquise cut moissanite solitaire — the only marquise cut in the Aurora engagement ring lineup. The elongated pointed oval is one of the most distinctive silhouettes in jewelry.
The center stone is 3ct marquise cut moissanite, D color and VVS1 clarity. Marquise cut is a pointed oval — both ends come to a sharp point, creating the longest silhouette of any cut at a given carat weight. The stone covers more finger length than a round, oval, or pear of the same carat, and the pointed tips create a strong directional line. In a prong setting, the tips are held by v-shaped prongs that protect the points. Moissanite’s higher refractive index produces more fire than diamond throughout the marquise shape. Available in ring sizes US 5 through 9.5.
