A 3ct heart cut moissanite engagement ring in a bezel setting. The metal rim follows the outline of the heart — a custom bezel that frames the stone completely, protecting every edge of the shape.
The center stone is 3ct heart cut moissanite, D color and VVS1 clarity. Heart cut is the most deliberate of the cuts — the shape is explicit: two symmetrical lobes at the top converging to a point at the base. A heart cut in a bezel setting is different from the prong-set version because the metal surrounds the full perimeter of the stone, including the point. The bezel is custom-fitted to the heart shape, which gives the ring a precise, intentional quality. Moissanite’s higher refractive index means the fire within the stone is visible through the bezel opening above.
